1. Go to google pictures or any other site and find some good smoke picture..I found this one :
2. Open up Adobe Photoshop CS5 and open the picture that you downloaded. Double click on "Background" and hit enter
You should see something like this :
3.Add new layer by clicking here :
4. Switch off "layer 0" visibility
5. Now use gradient tool and in top bar choose spectrum mode:
6. NOW GO TO THE MIDDLE WITH YOU MOUSE AND HOLD LEFT SHIFT AND MAKE VERTICAL LINE:
YOU SHOULD GET THIS AFTER YOU RELEASE MOUSE :
7. NOW SWITCH ON "LAYER 0 " VISIBILITY AND ABOVE "LAYER 1" CLICK WHERE IT SAYS NORMAL AND CHANGE IT TO "OVERLAY" AND THAN YOU SHOULD GET THIS COOL EFFECT :
